Refund and Return Policy

We assure you that your purchases are as accurate as possible and of the highest quality.

We, however accept returns, replacements and/or refund for reasons of (1) incorrect goods/items delivered – when the item delivered is different from what is purchased; and (2) damaged or spoiled goods/items delivered. Should the goods/items you purchased that are delivered to you fall under any of the foregoing, please immediately inform the delivery service and contact us directly at within two (2) days from receipt of the goods/items so we can address your concern whether by refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the goods/items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, except for the sample that needed to be opened to be determined to be damaged or spoiled.

Once your returned item is received from the delivery service and inspected, we will send you an email within two (2) days from receipt of the goods/items to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your request for refund or replacement based on the findings of our investigation. If you are approved, then your request for refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the clearing period used by original method of payment. If your request is for replacement, the correct goods/items shall be delivered within the same period as that committed by us under our shipping policy counted from the time we advised you of your approved request.

If you have not received a refund yet - first, check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Payment made through Cash on Delivery

For cash on delivery payments, please report the concern to the delivery service on the time of delivery if falling on the allowable reasons and return the item immediately upon delivery and there is no need to pay for the goods/items.
